- The sealing sleeve L+G05 EZ is a modern, professional sealing element with a special elastic zone to compensate for strong tensions on the surface of the parts to be sealed. The sealing sleeve L+G05 EZ is made of 100% thermoplastic elastomer, which is reinforced with a special polyester fleece in two thicknesses
- This makes G05 extremely tough, yet flexible and tear-resistant. The design of the L+G05 EZ cuff improves the processing properties such as laying, bonding, and adhesion to all types of LEVEL+ brand liquid, polymer and polymer cement sealants. The cuff is highly resistant to alkalis and common cleaning chemicals. The high-quality elastomer used is UV-resistant, ageing-resistant, mould-resistant, permanently elastic and thermoplastic.
- The G05 EZ Extreme sealing sleeve is intended for sealing all types of openings around pipe passages through walls and floors. The sealing sleeves can be used for the installation of swimming pool facilities, railing posts and for sealing floor drains and plumbing pipe passages through walls and floors in underfloor sealing systems.
- G05 EZ Extreme can be used in areas such as bathrooms, showers, kitchens, laundry, swimming pools, saunas, fountains, cellars and for sealing balconies and terraces.
- The surface must be firm, flat, clean, free from dust and grease, as well as without old paint layers or fine elements that can affect the product adhesion. Pre-treat the surface with the appropriate level + depth primer. Dirt and non-load-bearing layers must be removed and supplemented with a suitable material
- Instructions for use: the preparation of the substrate and the element to be sealed takes place with a thin layer of Level+ sealant, then the cuff can be inserted. When the cuff is attached, it is pressed from above with a soft roller, spatula or trowel into the substrate and additionally filled with sealant from above.
- The connection between the sealing cuff, the floor and the element to be sealed, e.g. the pipe must be carried out precisely. Sealing cuffs must be inserted close to the element to be sealed and connected by pressing together. The hole size in the sealing cuff should not exceed those in the element to be sealed
- Do not cut the sealing sleeve for installation. Fill the mounted sealing sleeve with the Level+ sealant at least two layers.
- Note: The use of sharp tools when installing sealing cuffs is prohibited. Continue following work only after the sealant has dried.
