Otex Express Ear Drops are a clinically proven treatment for removing excessive, hardened ear wax. They contain Urea Hydrogen Peroxide, which works to break up the wax so that it can be easily removed from the ear. One should use the drops before a shower so that the wax is broken up and can easily flow out of the ear. These drops may be less irritating than syringing. Otex Express ear drops should not be used with other ear products. Some customers found this product ineffective, but the majority of customers report clearing their ear wax and an improvement in their ability to hear.
