So only the first light is connected to AC power source. If you wish to put a distance between them you would need extra pigtails to add the extra wire in between them.

Extra mounting clips and longer cords can be purchased separately. However, these lights are not UL or ETL approved, and the pigtails provided are only 6 inches in length. The bulbs are not dimmable, and they emit a lot of radio frequency noise which may affect FM radio. The lights have a lifespan of 5,500 hours, and they are designed for indoor use only.
