Making sure all parts are properly working, level, pretty, and in perfect condition. It isn't very often but every once and a while we have one that has a tiny scratch or slight blemish to the design. (We've had a talk with the employee in the warehouse that had buttery popcorn for lunch that day). The lamp is in perfect working condition but has tiny imperfections that we noticed while examining under a tiny microscope. These lamps continue to function under our warranty policy and they cannot wait to help you connect with family and friends.Â
