The Canon imagePROGRAF TC-20 24 Large Format Poster & Plotter Printer is an excellent product for printing black films for a print shop. It is easy to set up and use, and the fact that it uses bottle ink that is foolproof to refill is a definite plus. The printer is available at an affordable price and is solidly built, and the paper roll is covered to prevent dust from entering. However, there were some issues with printing near the end of the roll, although this may be due to user error. The printer has a bottle ink refill system that is not messy at all. If you need to print 11x17 paper, just use the tabloid size designation. Overall, the product is worth the investment, and it is a decent large format printer.
