What is the diameter of the barrel?
Answer: The manufacture does not provide a barrel/shaft diameter. The widest part when we put calipers on them is 8.49mm. Two brothers Treasur -

How well do these stick in the dartboard, and do they break when they hit floor? We have a tile floor and all my darts with plastic shaft broke.
Answer: Mine haven't broke when hitting the concrete but it does gall the end of the dart making it not as sharp
